It’s now one of the largest farmers markets in Lee County with over 50 vendors that all work together to raise funds for the community. Hiking/Biking Trails
Lakes Park is home to three trails, each spanning a different distance. For a simple walk in the park, the Yellow Loop is only ¾ of a mile and winds along the lakes. The Blue Loop trail is perfect for those looking to spend an hour or two in the park, as it’s 1 ½ mile trail explores the lake and river. Avid hikers, bikers, and adventurers will enjoy the Orange Loop, a 1 ¾ mile trail that wraps around the entire park.

Go for a Picnic

You may also board the Lakes Park Train Ride, a journey that travels through the North end of the park and into areas only accessible by train. This adventure includes a ride by quaint villages, lakes, woods, and through tunnels on a ⅛ scale railroad.
