Everyone wants a summer cottage — it’s the perfect vacation! Come and enjoy this Cozy Cottage located just south of mid-island with less than a two-minute walk to the beach.
The main house features pine floors, a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters.
The King Master bedroom has an ensuite bath, TV and plenty of closet space. The Twin Bedroom is next to it as well as a second three-piece bathroom. The highlight has to be the brand-new huge deck recently added with tons of space to entertain and enjoy our beautiful outdoors.
The kitchen opens to the living room and dining area, as well as a charming porch. A 70″ TV means you can watch the game in style and comfort.
This leads down to the fenced pool area with its accompanying spa here you can enjoy the spill over spa and lounge in the sun.
Additionally, there is a guest suite above the garage with a Queen Bedroom, a three-piece bathroom and sitting room with a flat-screen TV, small refrigerator and microwave.
